For next day shipment of graphics: proof approval must be done prior to 3pm for next day shipment.
For same day shipment of hardware: The cut off time for same day shipment is 12pm.

Warranty and Returns
North America Display stands behind its products. All of our displays are covered under warranty to be free from defects in hardware material and workmanship if properly used under normal conditions. Additionally, All orders from North America Display Company may be returned within three days
of receipt for a full refund with the exception of special order products and graphics.
